Cigna evaluates award applicants based on the core components of their wellness program, including leadership engagement, company culture, strategy and goals, implementation, and employee engagement. All applications are scored and reviewed by a panel of Cigna health promotion experts.
NAA’s Employee Health Initiatives
NAA encourages wellness among employees by offering incentives for annual wellness exams, dental exams, and Covid-19 Vaccines. Additionally, NAA sends out healthy newsletters and wellness articles to all staff regularly.
NAA has an Employee Assistance Program through Mutual of Omaha to address the mental wellness of its staff. NAA offers virtual wellness lunch and learns, chair massages, vaccine clinics, and various fun competitions, such as Fun Friday, Wellness Wednesday, and other themed days!
At NAA, employee health is a top priority. We know healthy employees are happier, more productive, and better engaged with their work, which is vital to the overall wellbeing of the entire organization!
