National Aviation Academy (NAA) hosted our Third Annual Food Truck Festival and Open House at the Tampa Bay campus! Guests, students, and team members gathered to share great food and enjoy family fun in support of scholarships for aviation maintenance training.

In addition to food trucks, there were raffles, “build-an-airplane” crafts, aviation-themed jewelry making, a mobile gaming station, and the bloodmobile courtesy of OneBlood. The Experimental Aircraft Association shared information about their Free Flights for Young Eagles program and there was a special helicopter landing from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office!

The food trucks and fun were not the only amazing part of the event – we opened the campus to the public to show a bit of what we do best: aviation maintenance training!

Instructors were available to give demonstrations and share their industry expertise. It was a beautiful day to be out in the sunshine connecting with the Clearwater and NAA community.

Thank you to all who attended. We hope to see you again next year!

About Our Fundraising Initiatives

Our students come to National Aviation Academy (NAA) to improve their circumstances by pursuing the incredible career opportunities the aviation industry offers. For many of our students, barriers like financial need, lack of support systems, or other necessities are the only hurdles between them and brighter beginnings.

To help our students, NAA is partnering with our local Pinellas Community Foundation (PCF) to offer scholarships to make our training programs more accessible to students who have financial needs and show academic excellence.
