Did you know that over 648,000 new maintenance technicians will be needed in the aviation industry by 2036? Boeing’s 2017 Pilot and Technician Outlook has indicated that the demand for skilled technicians outpaces the rate at which positions can currently be filled. NAA Career Fairs are designed to put qualified graduates and alumni in front of employers who are looking to recruit personnel. NAA’s most recent Career Fair took place on Thursday January 18, 2018 at the Tampa Bay campus in Clearwater, FL. With 35 companies in attendance, it was NAA’s largest Career Fair to date!
The demands of the global aviation industry represent a rare and desirable aspect of field: tangible and continuous job growth. NAA focuses solely on aviation maintenance training to meet the specific need for Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanics in aviation and parallel industries. Industry leaders such as Boeing, Delta, General Atomics, Gulfstream, Cape Air and many more were onsite scouting students, conducting interviews and making offers.
Our next Career Fair will be at NAA’s New England campus on Thursday, March 15. Stay tuned for more details!
