How could this benefit you? Eligible National Aviation Academy students (newly enrolling and those currently attending) can receive mentorship opportunities, training cost reimbursement, and a direct pathway to a career in commercial aviation with SkyWest, among other benefits!

Individuals accepted into SkyWest’s AMT Pathway Program are eligible for the following:

  • Up to $4,500 in education assistance
  • Up to $1,600 in A&P test fee reimbursements
  • Up to $1,500 in moving expense reimbursements, plus mileage
  • Guaranteed final interview to become an A&P mechanic at SkyWest
  • Enhanced company seniority for things like health insurance, profit-sharing programs, and travel
