Aviation Maintenance Scholarships Are Available to Help Fund Your Education

Aviation maintenance scholarships are a great resource if you are interested in earning your airframe and powerplant (A&P) certifications. Your education is a worthwhile investment… That said, there are many ways to offset the direct cost of training.

NAA’s financial aid department is dedicated to helping each student navigate the financial aid process. Heather James, NAA’s Senior Default Prevention Manager, is passionate about researching the availability of scholarships. This week, she held a scholarship workshop at NAA’s New England campus. Ms. James, along with the financial aid team, makes sure students are aware of available funding by offering classroom presentations and individual appointments.

In addition to the Aero Club of New England, the Association for Women in Aviation is another excellent scholarship resource. They are currently taking applications! Both men and women may apply.
