Welcome to NAA

National Aviation Academy (NAA) has been training aviation professionals since 1932. NAA’s Aviation Maintenance and Advanced Aircraft Systems courses provide the education and experience required to become a certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) technician. NAA is dedicated to its mission of preparing students for employment in the aviation industry.

Get Started

Our Programs

Each of our programs prepare you to pass the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) exams required to obtain your A&P certifications. Aviation maintenance technicians are trained to examine, service and repair various parts of an aircraft including the airframe, aircraft electronics, wings, engines, and landing gear.

Learn By Doing

We believe in more than just bookwork, and understand that the best way to learn hands-on skills is by DOING them. Our practical, direct approach simulates a real-world work environment so that you are prepared for a career in aviation maintenance as soon as you graduate.

If you are looking for a career where you are at the center of the action, our technical training is for you!

Start Your New Career Today!

NAA has partnered with industry leaders such as Cape Air, Delta, Endeavor Air, and Textron to form hiring pathways to support the demand of the aviation maintenance industry – which is significant. Hundreds of thousands of new aviation maintenance technicians will be needed to meet the overwhelming demand in the industry, as evidenced by Boeing’s Pilot & Technician Outlook 2019. Our fast, yet thorough, training will prepare you for a career in as little as 14 months.
