General Atomics Visits NAA-New England

General Atomics, a defense contractor headquartered in San Diego, California, visited NAA’s New England campus on Tuesday, December 12, 2017.

William Foster, Airframe and Powerplant Manager, gave presentations to students and team members, detailing the history of the General Atomics and their needs the for future. Jeffrey Dunagan, HR Recruiter, was also onsite to engage in recruitment efforts. Four presentations and five interviews were completed.

General Atomics provides research and manufacturing services for remotely-operated surveillance aircraft; including the Predator drones, airborne sensors, and advanced electric, electronic, wireless and laser technologies. New England Career Fair – November 2017

Did you know that over 648,000 new maintenance technicians will be needed in the aviation industry by 2036? Boeing’s 2017 Pilot and Technician Outlook has indicated that the demand for skilled technicians outpaces the rate at which positions can be filled. NAA Career Fairs are designed to put qualified graduates and alumni in front of industry leaders to fulfill the growing needs in aviation. NAA’s most recent Career Fair took place on Thursday November 16, 2017 at the New England campus in Concord, MA. It was the largest Career Fair to date at this campus!
