Financial Aid Information

National Aviation Academy is approved by the Federal Department of Education to administer Student Loans!

Federal Financial Aid programs as well as alternative student loans are available to help students finance their Aircraft Maintenance Technician education. Financial assistance from the Federal Department of Education is based on the results of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). These results indicate a family's ability to pay for one's education. If a student's family is unable to pay for educational expenses, our Financial Aid Counselors will assist in determining the best combination of grants/loans that meet the needs of the family once the FAFSA is completed. National Aviation Academy is approved for the following programs:

FEDERAL PELL GRANTS - Financial Aid that does not have to be repaid
FEDERAL SUBSIDIZED STAFFORD LOANS - 6.8% fixed interest rate loans
FEDERAL UNSUBSIDIZED STAFFORD LOANS - 6.8% fixed interest rate loans
FEDERAL PARENT PLUS LOANS - 8.5% fixed interest rate loans based on credit approval
ALTERNATIVE STUDENT LOANS - Credit based loans

Assistance is provided at every step from application to disbursement. Unfortunately, non-resident International Students are not eligible for US Fed Govt Title 4 assistance.

National Aviation Academy is approved for Veteran's Training

National Aviation Academy is approved for veterans training for Airframe and Powerplant Certification; there is a VA Certifying Official on staff to assist our Veterans. Upon enrollment, eligible students are assisted in applying for Veteran's benefits.
